Managing our risk on behalf of our shareholders

We believe that if we are to make the most out of our approach to CR then it must be firmly based in our approach to managing risk and opportunity, and we believe this is what our investors expect too. Our business is facing different risks, some of which are ‘business critical’ and some that are not. Getting our approach to CR right depends on our ability to identify which of these is most important to our stakeholders and the business now and in the future. This is described in more detail in the Approach section of this report.
